To maintain a positive learning environment, all users of A/L ගොඩ must follow these guidelines.
1. Respectful Behaviour
Students must treat teachers, staff, and other students respectfully.
Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Proper Use of Account
Students must:
- Use their real identity
- Not share login details with others
- Not create fake or duplicate accounts
Sharing accounts will lead to immediate suspension.
3. No Sharing of Course Content
Students may not:
- Share videos, notes, or materials with others
- Upload content to social media
- Record or screen-capture lessons
- Distribute or sell learning content
All course content is protected intellectual property.
4. Academic Integrity
Students must not use platform materials for cheating or unauthorized exam assistance.
Any misuse may result in permanent account termination.
5. Appropriate Digital Conduct
Students must not:
- Spam platform
- Post or send inappropriate content
- Violate Sri Lankan laws
- Attempt to hack or disrupt services
6. Participation Expectations
Students are encouraged to:
- Attend live classes regularly
- Complete assignments
- Engage respectfully in discussions
- Take responsibility for their learning
7. Consequences for Violations
If guidelines are violated, consequences may include:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Removal from classes
- Reporting serious matters to authorities (in extreme cases)
