This policy applies to all online courses purchased through our platform, including:

• Full/complete subject packages

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a course is purchased.

However, a refund may be granted under the following special circumstances:

2.1. Technical Issues

A refund may be issued if:

• The student is unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue originating from our platform.
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 3 business days.

2.2. Duplicate Payment

If a student is accidentally charged twice for the same course, the duplicated amount will be refunded.

2.3. Incorrect Course Purchase

A refund may be considered if:

• The student purchased the wrong course and has not accessed or viewed any content.
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• The student has already accessed, viewed, or downloaded course content.
• The refund request is made after 24 hours of purchasing the wrong course.
• Changes of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances preventing class attendance.
• Issues caused by the student's device, internet connection, or other personal technical limitations.

To request a refund, the student must contact us with the following details:

• Email address used for the account
• Payment receipt or transaction ID
• Course name
• Reason for the refund request
