This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on A/L ගොඩ – Sri Lanka Online Commerce School.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following online payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Bank transfers (if supported)
  • Mobile payment apps (e.g., eZ Cash, mCash)
  • Online payment gateways (ex: PayHere, Stripe, etc.)

Note: Update this list to match what you use.

2. Payment Process

  • Payment must be completed before course access is granted.
  • After payment, students receive immediate access to the purchased course.
  • A confirmation email or receipt will be sent.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Prices may be updated without prior notification.
  • Promotional discounts, coupons, and offers may be applied at checkout (if available).

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If payment is unsuccessful:

  • The student will not receive course access.
  • The student may retry using another payment method.
  • If a payment is deducted but access is not granted, students must contact support with a transaction ID.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy (technical issues, duplicate payments, wrong purchase without accessing content).

No refunds are issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal issues
  • Missed classes
  • Internet or device problems

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback:

  • Course access will be immediately suspended.
  • We will contact the student to resolve the issue.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. Billing Information

You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

Incorrect information may cause delays or payment failure.
